摘要
基于油田现场的浮箍浮鞋失效现象,通过对比分析的方式,揭示浮箍浮鞋在井下腐蚀失效的机理,并提出一系列预防措施,从材质选择、表面防护处理等方面进行优化,以降低浮箍浮鞋的电化学腐蚀程度.此外,提出优化套管管串结构的方法,以满足高温高压井的作业需求.
Abstract
Based on the failure phenomenon of floating hoops and shoes in oil field,the mechanism of corrosion failure of floating hoops and shoes in underground is revealed through comparative analysis,and a series of preventive measures are proposed to optimize the selection of materials and surface protection treatment to reduce the electrochemical corrosion degree of floating hoops and shoes.In addition,a method to optimize the structure of casing strings is proposed to meet the operational requirements of high temperature and high pressure Wells.
