蒸汽发生器的运行状态对核电厂有至关重要的影响.内部流体流动的稳定性会直接影响蒸汽发生器的热工水力性能,因此重点介绍核电软件自主化项目研发的蒸汽发生器流动稳定性计算(Flow Stability Calculation,FSC)分析软件的理论模型、计算方法和验证情况.通过将软件计算结果与核电厂调试试验中获得的实测参数进行对比,验证了FSC分析软件模型准确性,可完全适用于立式倒U形蒸汽发生器的设计分析.
Development and Verification of Flow Stability Calculation Software for Stream Generator
The operation status of the steam generator has a crucial impact on the nuclear power plant,and the stability of the internal fluid flow will directly affect the thermal and hydraulic performance of the steam generator.In this paper,the theoretical model,calculation method and verification of Flow Stability Calculation(FSC)software for steam generator flow stability calculation and analysis developed by nuclear power software autonomous project are introduced.By comparing the calculated results with the measured parameters obtained in the commissioning test of nuclear power plant,the accuracy of the FSC software calculation model is verified,and the results show that it is completely suitable for the design and analysis of vertical inverted U-shaped steam generator.
