摘要
针对直径超过 500 mm的超大规格内孔加工需求,设计超大规格高效组合深孔加工刀具.依据工件加工工艺和工序流程,将粗刀、精刀及滚柱进行组合式设计.通过替换高强度材料和设计减重通孔,实现结构轻量化.采用自动化涨缩刀机构,实现加工过程中的刀具自动调节.改善滚柱保持器结构,提升易损件的更换效率.设计精密螺柱用于调整组合刀具的精度,保证加工精度.
Abstract
To meet the needs of large-size inner hole machining with a diameter of more than 500 mm,we design large-size and high-efficiency combined deep-hole machining tools.According to the workpiece processing technology and process flow,the coarse cutter,the fine cutter and the roller are designed together.Through the replacement of high-strength materials and the design of weight reduction through holes,the structure is lightweight.Automatic expansion and shrinkage tool mechanism is adopted to realize automatic tool adjustment during machining.Improve the roller retainer structure and improve the replacement efficiency of wearing parts.The precision stud is designed to adjust the precision of the combined tool and ensure the machining accuracy.
