摘要

为了解决伸缩门在频繁使用过程中,由轨道变形或凹坑引发的伸缩门卡滞或打滑的问题,提出一种创新的自调节式驱动装置设计方案.该方案使用压缩弹簧作为动态缓冲器,并通过带有U型槽的连接板将其与驱动装置相连,当伸缩门沿着轨道移动时,无论轨道状况如何变化,驱动装置上的滑轮都能借助压缩弹簧提供的弹力,持续地将门体质量均匀传递到轨道上.设计的驱动装置极大地增强了驱动系统与轨道间的接触,提高了伸缩门运行的稳定性和顺畅度,即使轨道存在变形段或凹坑,滑轮也能在压缩弹簧的作用下始终与轨道表面保持良好接触,避免了因轨道不平造成的卡滞或打滑现象,提高了伸缩门在复杂环境下的适应能力,增强了其长期使用的稳定性和可靠性,降低了维护需求.

Abstract

In order to solve the problem that the retractable door is stuck or slippage caused by track deformation or pits in the process of frequent use,an innovative self-adjusting driving device design scheme is proposed.The scheme uses a compression spring as a dynamic buffer,and connects it to the drive device through a connecting plate with a U-shaped groove.When the telescopic door moves along the track,no matter how the track condition changes,the pulley on the drive device can use the elastic force provided by the compression spring to continuously transfer the mass of the door to the track.The designed drive device greatly enhances the contact between the drive system and the track,and improves the stability and smoothness of the operation of the telescopic door.Even if there is a deformation section or a crater on the track,the pulley can always maintain good contact with the track surface under the action of the compression spring,avoiding the stuck or slipping phenomenon caused by the uneven track,and improving the adaptability of the telescopic door in a complex environment.The long-term stability and reliability are enhanced,and the maintenance requirements are reduced.
