摘要
超声波焊接是一种常用的焊接方法,但在焊接过程中会产生大量热量,如果不能及时有效降温,会影响焊接质量和设备的寿命.因此,设计一个高效的冷却装置对于超声波焊接机的性能和稳定性至关重要.重点探讨超声波焊接机冷却装置的设计原理、关键技术及其应用效果,以期为相关领域的研究和实践提供参考.
Abstract
Ultrasonic welding is a commonly used welding method,but a large amount of heat is generated during the welding process.If the temperature cannot be effectively cooled in a timely manner,it will affect the welding quality and equipment life.Therefore,designing an efficient cooling device is crucial for the performance and stability of ultrasonic welding machines.This article aims to explore the design principles and key technologies of the cooling device for ultrasonic welding machines,as well as its application effects,providing reference for research and practice in related fields.
