摘要
旋转矢量(Rotary Vector,RV)减速机在长期恶劣的工况下运行时,内部因各零部件的磨损会产生较多细小铁粉,部分铁粉随着油脂在减速机内部循环后容易堆积在骨架油封的密封唇口处,从而加剧油封密封唇口处的磨损,最终导致设备漏油.针对这一问题,设计适配RV减速机的三唇结构骨架油封来代替原来的双唇结构的骨架油封,以延长油封及减速机的使用时长,最后通过对比试验验证三唇结构骨架油封的密封性能.
Abstract
When the Rotary Vector(RV)reducer runs under long-term bad working conditions,the internal wear of various parts will produce more fine iron powder,and some iron powder is easy to accumulate at the sealing lip of the skeleton oil seal after the oil circulates inside the reducer,which aggravates the wear at the sealing lip of the oil seal,and ultimately leads to oil leakage of the equipment.To solve this problem,a three-lip skeleton oil seal suitable for RV reducer was designed to replace the original double-lip skeleton oil seal to improve the service time of oil seal and reducer.Finally,the sealing performance of the three-lip skeleton oil seal was verified by comparative tests.
