摘要

针对焙烧车间内火道墙在高温环境下易产生变形的问题,设计一套多雷达协同的变形检测装置,根据工作环境确定了装置的结构和测量方案,在建模的基础上利用ANSYS软件对重要负载部件进行静力学分析及优化,得到变形和应力云图.结合机构设计、优化和力学分析的结果,完成对试验台架的搭建与调试.结果表明,设计的变形检测装置可满足非接触测量作业需求.

Abstract

In response to the problem of deformation of the fire wall in the roasting workshop in high temperature environments,a set of multi-radar coordinated deformation detection devices were designed.According to the working environment,the structure and measurement scheme of the device were determined.On the basis of modeling,ANSYS software is used to carry out static analysis and optimization of important load parts,and the deformation and stress cloud map is obtained.Combined with the results of institutional design,optimization and mechanical analysis,the test bench is constructed and debutted.The results show that the designed deformation detection device can meet the needs of non-contact measurement operations.
