摘要
设计了一种高效的电差动四卷筒桥式抓斗卸船机电气传动系统,旨在提高散货码头的自动化装卸效率.系统包括主提升、开闭斗、行走以及旋转模块,采用双闭环控制、差动控制等技术.通过实验验证,系统在不同负载条件下均表现出较高的定位精度和动态响应能力,满足散货码头的作业需求.实验数据表明,该设计方案具有良好的可靠性和实用性.
Abstract
This article introduces a highly efficient electrical drive system for an electric differential four-drum bridge-type grab ship unloader,designed to enhance the automation of loading and unloading at bulk cargo terminals.The system consists of modules for main lifting,bucket opening/closing,movement,and rotation,employing double closed-loop and differential control techniques.Experimental tests confirm that the system maintains high positioning accuracy and dynamic responsiveness across various load conditions,fulfilling the operational demands of bulk cargo terminals.The experimental results demonstrate that this design is both reliable and practical.
