摘要
FOCKE 703小盒包装机5号齿轮箱主要承担动力输送和驱动涂胶装置的工作.按照传统的方法,更换5号齿轮箱骨架油封需要拆卸诸多零件,然后用吊装工具将齿轮箱整体吊出进行油封更换,大概需要 6 h.采用研制的 5 号齿轮箱骨架油封专用安装工具,利用螺栓长度变化均匀压入油封,仅需 1 h便能完成安装,同时可保证油封装配的平行度和垂直度,延长油封的使用寿命,提高设备运行效率.
Abstract
Gearbox No.5 of Focke 703 packaging machine primarily handles power transmission and drives the adhesive application.Traditionally,replacing the framework oil seal of Gearbox No.5 requires dismantling numerous components,followed by using a lifting tool to hoist the entire gearbox for oil seal replacement.This process typically takes about six hours.The thesis introduces a specialized installation tool for the framework oil seal of Gearbox No.5.evenly presses the oil seal into place using the variable length of the bolts,completing the installation in just one hour.Moreover,it ensures the parallelism and perpendicularity of the framework oil seal,thereby extending the lifespan of the framework oil seal and enhancing the operational efficiency of the equipment.
