摘要
在燃煤发电生产过程中,进入燃烧器煤粉的粗细程度是影响煤粉着火特性的关键因素之一.运行人员应考虑燃用煤种的种类和特性对煤粉细度的要求以及磨煤机电能消耗,综合比较后确定经济煤粉细度.为此,提出一种基于图像分析法的磨煤机出口煤粉细度测量方法,使用煤粉取样装置从一次风管中抽取煤样,采集煤粉样品的高清图像,然后对图像进行处理和分析,快速计算出煤粉细度.
Abstract
In the process of coal-fired power generation,the thickness of pulverized coal entering the burner is one of the key factors affecting the ignition characteristics of pulverized coal.Operators should consider the requirements of pulverized coal fineness based on the types and characteristics of coal used and the requirements of pulverized coal power consumption,and determine the economic pulverized coal fineness after comprehensive comparison.For this reason,a fineness measurement method based on image analysis is proposed for pulverized coal at the exit of pulverized coal mill.A pulverized coal sampling device is used to extract coal samples from the primary air duct,the high-definition image of pulverized coal samples is collected,and the image is processed and analyzed to quickly calculate the pulverized coal fineness.
