摘要

探究不同运行工况下,液压翻车机传动轴承的失效特性.首先,选型液压翻车机,分析其传动轴承的技术参数.其次,模拟 3 种传动轴承的运行工况,工况 1 为高负荷、高转速工况,工况 2 为频繁启停、冲击载荷工况,工况 3 为正常运行工况,作为对照组.最后,从轴承荷载疲劳寿命、磨损程度两个方面,进行轴承失效计算.结果显示,工况 1 的载荷和转速均较高,但润滑状况相对较好,因此估算寿命为 2 000 h;工况 2由于载荷峰值更高、频繁启停以及润滑不足,估算寿命显著缩短,为 1 000 h,且轴承磨损量显著高于工况1 和工况3.这表明在异常、高荷载、频繁启停等复杂作业工况下,液压翻车机传动轴承更易发生失效.

Abstract

The failure characteristics of transmission bearing of hydraulic tipper under different operating conditions were studied.Firstly,the hydraulic tipper is selected and the technical parameters of its transmission bearing are analyzed.Secondly,the operating conditions of three kinds of transmission bearings were simulated.Working condition 1 was high load and high speed,working condition 2 was frequent start-stop and impact load,and working condition 3 was normal operating condition as the control group.Finally,the bearing failure is calculated from the bearing load fatigue life and wear degree.The results show that the load and speed of working condition 1 are high,but the lubrication condition is relatively good,so the estimated life is 2 000 h.Due to the higher load peak,frequent start-stop and insufficient lubrication,the estimated life of condition 2 is significantly shortened to 1 000 h,and the bearing wear is significantly higher than that of condition 1 and condition 3.This indicates that the transmission bearing of hydraulic tipper is more likely to fail under complex working conditions such as abnormal,high load and frequent start and stop.
