摘要
锅炉过热器管的功能是将锅炉产生的饱和蒸汽加热至过热蒸汽,提高蒸汽的热效率.然而,其长期在高温高压环境下工作,易发生爆管事故,进而引发严重安全问题.以某企业锅炉过热器管道爆管事故为例,列举所有可能的爆管类型,分析其成因和影响因素,然后对管道材料进行检测,最后根据检测结果推断出具体的事故成因,以期为确保锅炉系统的安全稳定运行贡献力量.
Abstract
The function of the boiler superheater tube is to heat the saturated steam produced by the boiler to the superheated steam and improve the thermal efficiency of the steam.However,its long-term operation in high temperature and high pressure environment,easy to burst pipe accidents,and then lead to serious safety problems.Taking the boiler superheater pipe explosion accident of an enterprise as an example,this paper lists all possible types of pipe explosion,analyzes its causes and influencing factors,and then tests the pipe materials,and finally deduces the specific causes of the accident according to the test results,in order to ensure the safe and stable operation of the boiler system.
