摘要
维修目标识别是复杂装备维修作业引导支持的前提.为准确识别装备维修对象,提升维修知识和信息支持的精确性,结合维修标记提出基于机器视觉的维修目标识别方案,重点研究无标记条件下基于现场图像的维修对象识别技术,并开发原型系统,最后进行案例应用分析.案例应用表明所提方法可保证较高的维修对象识别准确率.
Abstract
Maintenance target identification is the premise of guiding and supporting complex equipment maintenance operations.In order to accurately identify equipment maintenance objects and improve the accuracy of maintenance knowledge and information support,this paper proposes a maintenance object recognition scheme based on machine vision combined with maintenance markers,focuses on the study of the maintenance object recognition technology based on field images without markers,develops a prototype system,and finally conducts case application analysis.Case application shows that the proposed method can guarantee high accuracy of maintenance object recognition.
