加工模式对硬化内花键电解整形质量的影响研究

摘要
为改善硬化内花键电解整形流场,进而提高其加工质量及稳定性,开展内花键精密电解加工模式对比试验,探索不同加工模式对硬化内花键电解整形质量的影响.试验结果表明,采用直流振动进给模式可消除电解产物堆积,显著提高工件表面质量和加工精度.该模式加工的硬化内花键表面光滑平整,表面粗糙度Ra不超过0.6 μm,齿形误差在0.01 mm以内,齿向误差在0.013 mm以内.
Abstract
In order to improve the flow field and improve the machining quality and stability of the internal spline,a comparative test was carried out to explore the influence of different machining modes on the electrochemical shaping quality of the internal spline.The test results show that using the direct current vibration feed mode can eliminate the accumulation of electrolytic products,and significantly improve the surface quality and machining accuracy of the workpiece.The surface of the hardened internal spline machined in this mode is smooth and flat,the surface roughness Ra does not exceed 0.6 μm,the tooth shape error is less than 0.01 mm,the tooth direction error is less than 0.013 mm.
