摘要

近年来,高适配性视觉检测技术在现代工业生产中的应用日益广泛.但是,该技术在模型泛化、实时性和环境干扰等方面面临着挑战.基于此,提出该技术的优化策略,并分析其在电子制造、汽车零部件、食品加工和纺织等行业的具体应用.研究结果表明,该技术在提升检测精度、改善生产效率和降低成本方面具有显著成效.采用该技术后,检测准确率提高了8.5%,生产效率提高了25%,生产成本降低了15%~20%.

Abstract

In recent years,highly adaptive visual inspection technology has been widely used in modern industrial production.However,this technology faces challenges in model generalization,real-time performance and environmental interference.Based on this,the optimization strategy of this technology is proposed,and its specific applications in electronic manufacturing,auto parts,food processing and textile industries are analyzed.The research results show that this technology has remarkable effects in improving the detection accuracy,improving the production efficiency and reducing the cost.After adopting this technology,the detection accuracy is increased by 8.5%,the production efficiency is increased by 25%,and the production costs are reduced by 15%~20%.
