摘要
随着制造业对复杂曲面零件需求的增长,多轴联动数控机床凭借其灵活性和精确性成为加工这类零件的理想选择.探讨多轴联动数控机床在复杂曲面零件加工中的工艺特点,包括工艺规划与编程、刀具选择、加工参数设置与调整等关键环节.通过对比实验,验证了五轴联动加工相较于传统三轴加工在效率、表面质量等方面的显著优势.结果表明,多轴联动加工技术为先进制造业的发展提供了重要支撑.
Abstract
With the growing demand for complex curved parts in the manufacturing industry,multi-axis computer numerical control machine tools have become the ideal choice for machining such parts with their flexibility and accuracy.This paper discusses the technological characteristics of multi-axis computer numerical control machine tool in machining complex curved parts,including the key links such as process planning and programming,tool selection,machining parameter setting and adjustment.Compared with traditional three-axis machining,the efficiency and surface quality of five-axis machining are verified by comparative experiments.The results show that multi-axis machining technology provides important support for the development of advanced manufacturing industry.
