摘要
数控车床加工 90°弯头时,需要进行装夹加工.在装夹 90°弯头的过程中,经常出现传统三爪卡盘无法装夹等种种问题,影响加工质量.特别是遇到加工带有两个内孔复杂特征弯头的时候,往往由于传统的三爪卡盘不好装夹,弯头的内孔无法加工.因此,为了更好地装夹弯头,考虑弯头的特征因素,根据夹具的设计准则设计和改进夹具,并通过仿真和实际加工,证明了在加工过程中正确地对弯头进行加工工艺的分析和制定,然后设计和改进夹具,可以提高弯头加工的质量和生产效率,从而达到解决弯头装夹难、加工次品多的问题.
Abstract
Due to the need for clamping processing when machining 90° elbows on CNC lathes.During the process of clamping 90° elbows,various problems such as traditional three jaw chucks being unable to clamp often occur,which in turn affects the quality of the machining.Especially when processing elbows with complex features of two inner holes,traditional three jaw chucks are often difficult to clamp,resulting in the inability to process the inner holes of the elbows.Therefore,based on better clamping of elbows and considering the characteristic factors of elbows,the fixture was designed and improved according to the design criteria of the fixture.Through simulation and actual processing,it was proved that as long as the processing technology of elbows is analyzed and formulated correctly,and then the fixture is designed and improved,it can indeed help improve the quality and production efficiency of elbow processing,thereby solving the problems of difficult elbow clamping and high number of defective products.
