摘要
混凝土拌和站是工程建设生产中的重要设备,因此必须做好它的日常维护与保养工作,减少混凝土拌和站机械设备故障的发生.基于此,首先阐述混凝土拌和站机械设备维护保养流程,其次分析混凝土拌和站机械设备常见故障及处理方法,最后提出混凝土拌和站机械设备维护保养技术要点,确保混凝土拌和站机械设备能够长期稳定运行.
Abstract
As an important equipment in engineering construction and production,concrete mixing station must do daily maintenance and maintenance work to reduce the occurrence of mechanical equipment failures in concrete mixing station.Based on this,the maintenance process of the mechanical equipment of the concrete mixing station is first described,and then the common faults and treatment methods of the mechanical equipment of the concrete mixing station are analyzed.Finally,the key points of the maintenance technology of the mechanical equipment of the concrete mixing station are put forward to ensure the long-term stable operation of the mechanical equipment of the concrete mixing station.
