摘要
砂型铸造作为制造业中重要的工艺之一,对材料利用率和环境有着显著影响.研究砂型铸造中的环保型覆膜砂制芯工艺,先深入探讨冷法、温法和热法覆膜工艺以及实体和壳型覆膜砂芯的制作工艺,然后分析环保型覆膜砂制芯工艺流程及其砂处理过程,聚焦制芯过程中可能产生污染的环节,提出相应的改进方案,以减少环境负荷,提高资源利用效率.
Abstract
Sand casting,as one of the most important processes in the manufacturing industry,has a significant impact on material utilization and environment.This paper studies the core making process of environmentally friendly coated sand in sand casting.Firstly,it deeply discusses the process of cold,warm and hot coated sand and the production process of solid and shell coated sand cores.Then it analyzes the process flow of environmentally friendly coated sand core making and its sand treatment process,focuses on the link that may cause pollution in the core making process,and puts forward corresponding improvement solutions to reduce environmental load,in order to improve the efficiency of resource utilization.
