摘要
在现代制造业中,机械压力机是金属成形加工的重要设备之一.随着工业技术的发展,对机械压力机的精度和稳定性要求越来越高.拉伸垫缓升装置作为机械压力机的一个关键组成部分,其设计质量直接影响压力机的工作效率和产品质量.基于此,首先阐述机械压力机拉伸垫缓升装置的结构组成,其次详细分析机械压力机拉伸垫缓升装置的原理及功能,最后结合案例系统分析机械压力机拉伸垫缓升装置的实际应用.
Abstract
In modern manufacturing industry,mechanical press is one of the important equipment for metal forming processing.With the development of industrial technology,the accuracy and stability of mechanical presses are increasingly required.As one of the key components of mechanical press,the design quality of stretch-pad retarding device directly affects the working efficiency and product quality of the press.Based on this,firstly,the structure of the mechanical press stretch cushion lifting device is described,then the function of the mechanical press stretch cushion lifting device is analyzed in detail,and finally,the application of the mechanical press stretch cushion lifting device is analyzed in combination with the case system.
