三轴深孔钻冷却系统故障诊断研究

摘要
在三轴深孔钻高效加工过程中,冷却系统的可靠性直接影响加工效率和质量.针对冷却系统故障诊断开展研究,首先分析冷却系统在三轴深孔钻加工中的作用,总结常见故障类型及其特征,然后提出一种基于多源数据融合和智能建模的故障诊断方法.该方法通过多传感器数据采集、特征提取和融合,为故障诊断提供数据,结合支持向量机和决策树算法构建多层次诊断模型.实验结果表明,该方法在诊断准确率、响应时间和误报率等方面均优于传统阈值法,为三轴深孔钻的高效稳定运行提供了有力支撑.
Abstract
The reliability of the cooling system directly affects the machining efficiency and quality in the high-efficiency machining of three-axis deep hole drilling.Firstly,the role of cooling system in three-axis deep hole drilling is analyzed,common fault types and characteristics are summarized,and then a fault diagnosis method based on multi-source data fusion and intelligent modeling is proposed.This method provides data for fault diagnosis through multi-sensor data acquisition,feature extraction and fusion,and constructs multi-level diagnosis model by combining support vector machine and decision tree algorithm.The experimental results show that the proposed method is superior to the traditional threshold method in terms of diagnostic accuracy,response time and false alarm rate,which provides strong support for the efficient and stable operation of three-axis deep hole drilling.
