摘要
通用桥式起重机以其工艺性好、操作灵活平稳、安全可靠等特点,在工矿企业、车间、仓库、码头等场所得到了广泛应用.在介绍通用桥式起重机超速保护装置及其检验方法的基础上,从新安装装置验收检验和运行中装置的定期检验、补充检验、状态检验出发,分析这些检验方法的应用,做好超速保护装置的常规检验,确保通用桥式起重机的安全运行.
Abstract
The general-purpose overhead crane,with its good craftsmanship,flexible and stable operation,and reliable safety features,has been widely used in industrial and mining,workshops,warehouses,docks,and other places.Based on the introduction of the overspeed protection device for general-purpose overhead cranes and its inspection methods,this paper analyzes the application of these inspection methods from the acceptance inspection of newly installed devices,regular inspection,additional inspection,and condition inspection of devices in operation,in order to ensure the safe operation of general-purpose overhead cranes by doing a good job in the routine inspection of overspeed protection devices.
