摘要

废热锅炉是一种利用工业生产过程中产生的废热或余热生产蒸汽的设备,在石油、化工、冶金等行业中应用广泛.在石化行业中,为保证不同工况下工艺气体出口温度满足工艺要求,多使用带有中心管/旁通管和旁通阀的废热锅炉.连杆式旁通阀是一种新型旁通结构,国内外对于其故障的研究甚少.基于此,使用计算流体动力学(Computational Fluid Dynamics,CFD)数值模拟的方法,在0、90、150 mm 3个行程下,对新型连杆式旁通阀进行受力分析.根据旁通阀受力分析结果,提出合理的故障处理方案.

Abstract

Waste heat boiler is a kind of equipment to produce steam by using waste heat or waste heat generated in industrial production process,which is widely used in petroleum,chemical industry,metallurgy and other industries.In the petrochemical industry,in order to ensure that the process gas outlet temperature meets the process requirements under different working conditions,waste heat boilers with center pipes/bypass pipes and bypass valves are often used.The link bypass valve is a new type of bypass structure,and there are few researches on its faults at home and abroad.Based on this,the Computational Fluid Dynamics(CFD)numerical simulation method is used to analyze the force of the new type of connecting rod bypass valve under three strokes of 0,90,150 mm.According to the result of force analysis of bypass valve,a reasonable troubleshooting scheme is proposed.
