摘要

近年来,机电一体化技术不仅推动了机械设备的功能多元化与智能化转型,而且加速了设备管理模式的革新,成为工程机械设备行业发展的新动力.基于此,探讨工程机械设备领域中机电一体化技术的应用.先概述机电一体化技术的概念与特性,然后详细分析该技术在电机综合优化、精确反馈和控制、远程监控和故障预测等多个维度上的应用,凸显其在增强机械设备性能、提高作业效率和保障操作安全等方面的重要作用.

Abstract

In recent years,mechatronics technology has not only promoted the functional diversification and intelligent transformation of mechanical equipment,but also accelerated the innovation of equipment management mode,and become a new driving force for the development of construction machinery and equipment industry.Based on this,the application of mechatronics technology in the field of construction machinery and equipment is discussed.Firstly,the concept and characteristics of mechatronics technology are summarized,and then the application of mechatronics technology in multiple dimensions such as motor comprehensive optimization,accurate feedback and control,remote monitoring and fault prediction is analyzed in detail,highlighting its important role in enhancing the performance of mechanical equipment,improving work efficiency and ensuring operation safety.
