摘要
随着材料科学和制造技术的发展,铝蜂窝在飞机制造业的应用越来越广泛.铝蜂窝是铝箔材料通过胶接加工而成的轻质芯材,外形类似蜂巢.铝蜂窝由于刚性较差,在数控加工过程中经常出现结构破坏、毛刺和毛边严重的问题.针对此问题,进行针对性的工艺试验,从蜂窝固持、刀具选型以及蜂窝清理等方面进行加工工艺研究,以期提高铝蜂窝的加工质量,推动该材料的应用.
Abstract
With the development of material science and manufacturing technology,aluminum honeycomb has been applied more and more widely in the aircraft manufacturing industry.Aluminum honeycomb is a lightweight core material made of aluminum foil material by gluing and processing,and its shape is similar to honeycomb.Due to the poor rigidity of aluminum honeycomb,there are often serious problems of structural damage,burr and burr in the process of computerized numerical control machining.In order to improve the processing quality of aluminum honeycomb and promote the application of the material,a specific process test was carried out to study the processing technology from the aspects of honeycomb retention,tool selection and honeycomb cleaning.
