煤化工装置中的蒸汽过热器开裂问题研究

摘要
针对煤化工装置中的蒸汽过热器壳体开裂问题展开分析,探讨设备运行中出现裂纹的成因.通过磁粉检测、硬度测定、化学成分分析,发现裂纹主要由设备热应力集中和碱液局部浓缩引发的碱应力腐蚀所致.基于检测结果,提出设备设计优化和操作改进建议,以提升同类设备的运行安全性和可靠性.
Abstract
The cracking problem of steam superheater shell in coal chemical plant is analyzed and the cause of cracking in operation is discussed.Through magnetic particle detection,hardness measurement and chemical composition analysis,it was found that the crack was mainly caused by alkali stress corrosion caused by thermal stress concentration and local concentration of lye.Based on the test results,suggestions for equipment design optimization and operation improvement are put forward to improve the safety and reliability of similar equipment.
