摘要

为解决数控机床进刀阶段存在的精度不高与效率低下问题,提出一种融合多源信息与智能优化技术的进刀精度控制方法.对刀具轨迹进行曲率约束平滑处理与基于Bézier曲线的速度优化,结合动态参数调整与实时误差补偿技术.实验结果显示,应用所提方法后,表面粗糙度降低47.6%,尺寸误差减少55.4%,切削力波动率下降55.6%,且加工效率提升13.9%,证明该方法能显著提升数控加工精度与稳定性.

Abstract

To address the issues of low accuracy and inefficiency during the tool insertion phase in computerized numerical control machining,this paper proposes a tool path accuracy control method that integrates multi-source information and intelligent optimization techniques.By performing curvature-constrained smoothing on the toolpath and velocity optimization based on Bézier curves,combined with dynamic parameter adjustment and real-time error compensation technology.The experimental results show that the proposed method reduces surface roughness by 47.6%,size error by 55.4%,cutting force fluctuation by 55.6%,and machining efficiency by 13.9%,which proves that the method can significantly improve the precision and stability of computerized numerical control machining.
