摘要
分析纳雍电厂一厂在选择性非催化还原(Selective Non-Catalytic Reduction,SNCR)脱硝过程中,尿素溶液对锅炉水冷壁腐蚀的机理,包括酸性HCNO生成、NH3 与铬的络合反应等.总结了水冷壁异常的5 种主要原因,并提出了6项应对措施,包括升级喷枪结构、加装防护装置、优化系统逻辑及联锁、提高运行管理水平、提高运检水平等,旨在减少尿素溶液对水冷壁的腐蚀,规避泄漏风险,保障电力生产安全.强调解决锅炉"四管"泄漏问题需找出根本原因,采取针对性预防措施和技术攻关.
Abstract
This article analyzes the mechanism of corrosion of boiler water wall tubes by urea solution during Selective Non-Catalytic Reduction(SNCR)denitrification process in Nayong Power Plant No.1,including the generation of acidic HCNO and the complexation reaction between NH3 and chromium.Five main reasons for abnormal water wall tubes were summarized,and six countermeasures were proposed,including upgrading the spray gun structure,installing protective devices,optimizing system logic and interlocking,improving operational management level,and enhancing operational inspection level.The aim is to reduce the corrosion of urea solution on water wall tubes,prevent leakage risks,and ensure the safety of power production.Emphasizing the need to identify the root cause of boiler"four tube"leakage problems,take targeted preventive measures and technological breakthroughs.
