摘要
针对复杂工件表面加工中切削力动态变化影响加工质量的问题,构建基于数字控制产品模型数据交换标准(Standard for the Exchange of Product Model Data-Numerical Control,STEP-NC)的自适应切削力控制系统.航空发动机叶片加工实验表明,该系统可使切削力波动系数降低 55.4%,表面粗糙度为 0.86 μm,轮廓度误差控制在0.012 mm以内,材料去除率提高46.3%,有效解决了复杂工件表面加工质量与效率低下的问题.
Abstract
To solve the problem of dynamic changes in cutting forces affecting the quality of machining on complex workpiece surfaces,we developed an adaptive cutting force control system based on Standard for the Exchange of Product Model Data-Numerical Control(STEP-NC)standards.Experiments on aircraft engine blades show that this system can reduce the cutting force fluctuation by 55.4%,achieve a surface roughness of 0.86 μm,keep the profile error within 0.012 mm,and increase the material removal rate by 46.3%.This effectively improves the quality and efficiency of machining complex workpiece surfaces.
