摘要
选用五坐标高速加工中心,筛选包括硬质合金和聚晶金刚石(Polycrystalline Diamond,PCD)在内的 5 种刀具.试验结果表明,2 刃PCD铣刀表现最佳,而最终确定的最优加工参数为主轴转速15 000 r·min-1和进给速度 1 500 mm·min-1.这不仅提升了碳纤维复合材料的加工效率和质量,也为高端制造领域的轻量化和高性能材料应用提供了参考.
Abstract
This paper selects a five-axis high-speed machining center and screens five types of tools,including carbide and Polycrystalline Diamond(PCD).The test results show that the 2-flute PCD milling cutter performs best.The optimal machining parameters are determined to be:spindle speed 15 000 r·min-1 and feed rate 1 500 mm·min-1.This not only improves the machining efficiency and quality of carbon fiber composites but also provides a reference for the application of lightweight and high-performance materials in high-end manufacturing.
