基于西门子PLC和远程I/O模块的分布式控制组网实践

摘要
近年来,西门子可编程逻辑控制器(Programmable Logic Controller,PLC)在智能制造、工业自动化控制、工业网络控制领域的应用越来越广泛.在我国汽车制造行业,传统汽车产线多采用PLC集中控制,存在导线用量大、布线复杂、故障率高、维护不便的问题.同时,西门子PLC模块集成的输入/输出(Input/Output,I/O)点数量不足,无法在生产过程中增加检测点,导致传统汽车产线无法满足多车型柔性生产的需要,达到现代汽车生产的要求.基于此,以西门子S7-1200 PLC与华太远程I/O模块为例,研究西门子PLC与华太远程I/O模块的组网通信分布式控制,以期为西门子PLC与其他第三方远程I/O模块分布式通信控制提供参考.
Abstract
In recent years,Siemens Programmable Logic Controller(PLC)has been more and more widely used in intelligent manufacturing,industrial automation control,industrial network control.In China's automobile manufacturing industry,the traditional automobile production line adopts PLC centralized control,which has the problems of large wire consumption,complex wiring,high failure rate and inconvenient maintenance.At the same time,the number of Input/Output(I/O)points integrated by Siemens PLC module is insufficient,and it is impossible to increase the detection points in the production process,resulting in the traditional automobile production line unable to meet the needs of multi-model flexible production and meet the requirements of modern automobile production.Based on this,taking Siemens S7-1200 PLC and Huatai remote I/O module as an example,this paper studies the distributed control of networking communication between Siemens PLC and Huatai remote I/O module,in order to provide reference for distributed communication control between Siemens PLC and other third-party remote I/O modules.
