产教深度融合培养工科创新人才的研究与实践

摘要
采用文献检索分析方法,统计分析产教融合及产教深度融合发文情况,并从理论基础与机制、人才培养模式、课程体系、专业建设等方面,全面分析产教深度融合培养工科创新人才的研究进展,指出聚焦新兴产业与未来产业发展需要、重视新质生产力与产教深度融合双向赋能、强化产教深度融合平台建设等是今后产教深度融合培养工科创新人才的重要方向.
Abstract
By using the method of literature retrieval and analysis,this paper makes a statistical analysis of the integration of industry and education and the deep integration of industry and education,and comprehensively analyzes the research progress of the deep integration of industry and education to cultivate innovative engineering talents from the aspects of theoretical basis and mechanism,personnel training mode,curriculum system,and major construction.It is also pointed out that focusing on the needs of emerging industries and future industrial development,attaching importance to the two-way empowerment of new quality productivity and the deep integration of production and education,and strengthening the construction of the deep integration platform of production and education are the important directions of the deep integration of production and education in the future.
