摘要

针对煤矿综采工作面机电设备安装回撤工期长、效率低等问题,构建一套快速安装回撤工艺体系.该工艺涵盖设备拆解与分类整理、回撤通道准备、高效运输装车和新工作面设备安装调试四大环节,采用"专人专机"拆解策略、"三级精度控制"安装方法及"六模块联合调试"机制.在某工作面上的实施结果表明,该工艺使工作面安装回撤周期缩短28%,展现出了显著的经济效益与推广价值.

Abstract

Aiming at the problems of long installation period and low efficiency of electromechanical equipment in fully mechanized mining face of coal mine,a set of rapid installation and withdrawal process system is established.The process covers four aspects of equipment disassembly and sorting,withdrawal channel preparation,efficient transportation and loading,and installation and debugging of new working surface equipment,using the"special aircraft"disassembly strategy,"three-level precision control"installation method and"six-module joint debugging"mechanism.The result of application on a certain working surface shows that the process can shorten the working surface installation cycle by 28%,showing remarkable economic benefits and popularization value.
