摘要
病毒性脓毒症是一种常被忽略的异质形式的脓毒症，可由多种病毒引起。婴幼儿是病毒性脓毒症的高危人群，与婴幼儿免疫力相对低下有关。病毒性脓毒症在致病机制、临床表型、治疗策略等方面有别于细菌感染，有效清除病毒并根据不同的免疫类型进行免疫调节可能对改善预后有益。 Viral sepsis is an often neglected heterogeneous form of sepsis，which can be caused by a variety of viruses.Infants and young children are at high risk of viral sepsis，which is related to their relatively low immunity.Viral sepsis is different from bacterial infection in terms of pathogenesis，clinical phenotype,and treatment strategy.Effective elimination of virus and immune regulation according to different immune types may be beneficial to improve the prognosis.
