摘要
内镜下逆行胰胆管造影（ERCP）及治疗技术是成人胆胰疾病微创治疗的重要手段。随着内镜技术的发展及儿科医生对儿童胆胰疾病认识的提高，ERCP技术逐渐成为儿童胆胰疾病不可或缺的诊治手段。本文重点阐述ERCP在儿童胆胰疾病中的适应证、手术要点等，推动ERCP在儿童中的应用发展。 Endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography（ERCP）is an important minimally invasive treatment method in adults with biliary and pancreatic diseases. With the development of endoscopic technology and the increasing understanding of pediatric biliary and pancreatic diseases，ERCP technology has gradually become an indispensable diagnostic and treatment method for pediatric patients with biliary and pancreatic diseases. This review mainly elaborated on the indications and surgical points of ERCP in pediatric biliary and pancreatic diseases，in order to promote the application and development of ERCP in children.
