摘要
内镜下逆行胰胆管造影（ERCP）及相关技术在儿童胆胰疾病中逐渐开展起来，临床医生应加强术后并发症的预防及管理，使患儿全程获益。本文从ERCP及相关技术的操作方法入手，阐述可能出现的并发症，总结预防及治疗方法，旨在为临床医生提供参考。 Endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography（ERCP）and related technologies are gradually being developed in pediatric biliary and pancreatic diseases.Clinicians should pay more attention to the prevention and treatment of postoperative complications.This review started with the operational methods of ERCP and its related technologies，elaborated on the possible complications，summarized the prevention and treatment methods，and aimed to provide reference for clinical doctors.
Abstract
