摘要
从城市综合体主体结构、内部消防设施、日常安全管理、外部安全因素以及商品经营五个方面,对其火灾风险进行定性与定量研究,建立火灾风险指标标准化评价体系; 应用层次分析法,得出各指标在评价体系中所占的权重值,并把该体系应用于某城市综合体进行应用分析; 针对指标权重值及实证分析结果,提出了降低城市综合体火灾风险的策略.
Abstract
Qualitative and quantitative research on the fire risk of the urban complex were carried out mainly from the five aspects of the main structure of the building, the internal fire control facilities,daily safety management, external safety factors and commodity operations. The standardized evaluation system of fire risk indexes was established,the weight of each index in the evaluation system were obtained by the analytic hierarchy process, and the empirical analysis of the system was applied in a urban complex. The strategies to reduce the fire risk of the city complex were put forward according to the index weights and the empirical analysis results.
