摘要
从洪涝灾害事故的特点、消防队抗洪抢险存在问题及提升突发事件应急救援能力出发,系统地总结了目前消防队在抗洪抢险中存在的问题,并根据实战经验提出了应对策略,以期为消防队提升处置洪涝灾害事故的能力提供参考.
Abstract
The author systematically summarized the current problems in the fire forces'flood rescue from the points of disaster characteristics, existing weakness in the disaster rescue and improving the emergency rescue capability,and put forward the response strategies by his practical experience so as to provide references for the fire forces to enhance their ability to deal with flood incidents.
