国外地铁及隧道消防技术标准研究现状与启示

摘要
以国际铁路联盟、世界道路协会、欧洲标准化委员会、美国消防协会等标准化组织发布的防火技术标准、规范为研究对象,分析了国外在地铁及隧道领域消防技术标准的研究现状,提出了促进我国相关标准制、修订工作的建议,为提升我国地铁及隧道火灾防控水平提供了参考.
Abstract
Taking the fire prevention technical standards and codes published by standard compiling organizations such as the International Union of Railways,the World Road Association,the European Standardization Committee and the National Fire Protection Association as the research object,the authors analyzed the status quo of information development of foreign fire standards in metro and tunnel areas,set forth suggestions for promoting compilation and revision of China's relevant standards, also provided the basis for enhancing the fire prevention and control level of subway and tunnel in our country.
