高层民用建筑防火设计问题分析及对策

摘要
分析了高层民用建筑火灾特点及其防火设计中常见问题,并从优化防火设计、采用性能化设计、加强电器防火以及避难层设计等方面,提出了高层建筑防火设计要点.从高层民用住宅的防火设计出发,对注意事项及相关设计原则等方面进行了探讨,旨在提高高层建筑消防安全.
Abstract
The characteristics of high-rise residential building fire was analyzed, the existing design problems were discussed and the key design points were presented from the aspects of optimizing fire prevention design, adopting performance-based design, strengthening the fire prevention of electrical appliances and the design of refuge floor. The matters needing attention and relevant design principles were studied based on the fire protection design in order to improve the fire safety of high-rise buildings.
