摘要
基于层次分析法设计了高层住宅建筑火灾风险调研指标体系,提出了高层住宅建筑消防安全水平评分与分级的方法,并以湖北省某市实际应用为例,通过分层抽样和现场调研对调查结果进行了统计分析.分析结果对高层住宅建筑火灾隐患整改有指导作用,为日常消防安全检查和定量风险分级管控提供参考,为区域量化评估提供基础数据支持.
Abstract
The author developed the residential building fire risk index system based on analytic hierarchy process, proposed the scoring and grading method of fire safety level in high-rise residential building, and designed the site survey table. Taking a city in Hubei Province as an example, the author carried out statistical analysis by stratified sampling and field investigation.The results would provide guidance for the fire hazards rectification of high-rise residential buildings, reference for daily fire safety inspection and quantitative risk grading management and control, and data base for regional quantitative assessment.
