摘要

基于WSR系统方法论,构建了地震灾害救援模型,从人员定位到人员营救,创新性地提出了物理、人理及事理三维救援体系.研究结果表明,该方法可以为地震建筑坍塌被困人员的救援提供有效的理论和技术指导.

Abstract

Based on the WSR system methodology the author established an earthquake disaster relief model and innovatively put forward a 3D rescue system of physical, human and matter in the aspects from personnel location to personnel rescue. The results showed that this method could provide effective theoretical and technical guidance for rescuing the trapped in collapsed buildings in an earthquake.
