Research on Rescue Techniques Based on WSR for the Persons Trapped in the Building Collapsed in Earthquake
Based on the WSR system methodology the author established an earthquake disaster relief model and innovatively put forward a 3D rescue system of physical, human and matter in the aspects from personnel location to personnel rescue. The results showed that this method could provide effective theoretical and technical guidance for rescuing the trapped in collapsed buildings in an earthquake.
