摘要
针对目前城市区域联勤灭火救援的现状,提出建立联勤灭火救援体系.通过作战机构和工作机制的协同和互补形成新的作战能力,并利用信息和决策的共享形成行动优势,确保整个作战体系反应迅速和灵活机动.
Abstract
In view of the current situation of the joint firefighting and rescue in urban areas, the establishment of the combined firefighting and rescue system was put forward. The new combating capability was formed through the cooperation and complementation of operation units and working mechanism, and an action advantage was formed by sharing information and decision-making, therefore the rapid response and flexibility of the entire operational system was ensured.
