摘要
根据调研指出了农家乐(民宿)的主要消防问题,以及与现行相关防火规范存在的一些矛盾.阐述了编制《农家乐(民宿)建筑防火导则(试行)》的原则、指导思想.《导则》的主要内容包括对农家乐(民宿)消防基础设施的要求、消防安全技术条件、消防管理的要求.
Abstract
Through survey the author pointed out the main fire safety problems related to farm stay and the existing conflicts with the current fire standard, stated the principles and ideology of developing " the guidelines for farm stay (hostel) building fire prevention (Trial Implementation) ", and briefly introduced its contents of fire facility requirements, fire safety technical conditions and fire management requirements.
