摘要
介绍了消防员个人防护装备产品3C认证的法律依据、产品目录、认证模式和消防企业申报3C认证的基本流程、方法.在此基础上对获证企业数量、颁发证书总数量及在各省市的分布情况进行了总结.分析了3C认证制度在实践过程中存在的问题,提出了解决这些问题的具体方法.
Abstract
The legal basis, product catalogue and certificating mode of 3C accreditation for firefighters' personal protective equipment and the fundamental procedure and method of applying for 3C accreditation for the related enterprises were introduced. Accordingly the number of certified enterprises, the total number of certificates issued and the distribution in various provinces and cities were summarized. The problems and solutions in the practice of 3C authentication system were analyzed and discussed.
