摘要

分析了目前消防装备采购流程中存在的主要问题,结合全寿命周期质量管理理论,优化设计和完善了消防装备采购流程.重点提出了制定采购计划、科学选择和评价供应商、加强采购合同的履行和监督等措施,以提升消防装备采购质量.

Abstract

The main problems in the current fire equipment purchasing process were analyzed and the process was optimized and improved by being combined with the lifecycle quality management theory. The measures to improve the quality of the purchased equipment were presented including carrying out demand analysis of procuring equipment, developing procurement program based on lifecycle cost estimation, scientifically selecting and assessing the suppliers, enhancing the fulfillment and supervision of the procurement contracts.
