响应曲面法优化青砖茶茶多酚的提取工艺

用水提法提取青砖茶中的茶多酚。在单因素试验的基础上,运用Box -Benhnken Design模块和响应曲面法考察液料比、提取时间和提取温度3个因素对青砖茶茶多酚提取率的影响,并优化提取工艺。结果表明,青砖茶茶多酚提取最佳工艺条件为:液料比40:1(V/m ),提取时间85 min ,提取温度80℃。在此条件下,茶多酚的提取率预测值为3.38%,验证值为3.42%,与预测值的相对误差为1.18%,说明利用响应曲面法优化青砖茶茶多酚提取工艺可行。
Optimization in Extraction of Tea Polyphenols from Qingzhuan -Brick Tea by Response Surface Methodology
The tea polyphenols from Qingzhuan tea were extracted by water solvent .Based on the sin‐gle-factor extraction tests ,Box -Benhnken Design module and response surface methodology were employed to optimize the extraction conditions for the tea polyphenols from Qingzhuan tea .Results demonstrate that the optimum extraction conditions for the tea polyphenols were as the following :liq‐uid-solid ration 40 :1(V/m) ,extraction time 85 minutes and extraction temperature 80 ℃ .Under such optimum conditions ,the theoretical extraction rate was 3 .38% ,while the actual extraction rate of the tea polyphenols was 3 .42% with the relative error of 1 .18% ,indicating that the response sur‐face methodology was feasible to optimize the extraction of the tea polyphenols from Qingzhuan tea by means of w ater solvent .
