生涯团体心理辅导提升大学生职业生涯规划能力的干预研究

摘要
以湖北省某高校大学生为被试,设置干预组和对照组,探索为期 8 周的生涯团体心理辅导对大学生职业生涯规划能力的干预效果.团辅前后采用大学生生涯规划能力量表评估两组的生涯规划水平.结果显示,对照组职业生涯规划能力的前后两次测量差异不显著(P＞0.05),干预组职业生涯规划能力的后测得分均显著高于前测得分(P＜0.01),2个月后干预组的追踪测量得分与后测得分依然没有差异(P＞0.05).生涯团体心理辅导对大学生职业生涯规划能力提升具有较好的即时效应和延时效应,影响效果持久.
Abstract
To explore the intervention effect of 8-week career group psychological counseling on the ca-reer planning ability of college students,students in a university in Hubei Province were selected as subjects,intervention group and control group were set up.The career planning ability scale of col-lege students was used to evaluate the career planning level of the two groups.The results showed that there was no significant difference between the two measurements of career planning ability in the control group(P＞0.05),the post-test scores were significantly higher than the pre-test scores of ca-reer planning ability in the intervention group(P＜0.01),and there was still no difference between the follow-up and post-test scores in the intervention group after 2 months(P＞0.05).Career group psychological counseling has good immediate effect and delay effect on theimprovement of career plan-ning ability for college students.
