以家庭教育促进法引导未成年人法治意识养成的思考

摘要
近几年未成年人欺凌案件屡屡发生,犯罪低龄化且作案手段残忍引起社会广泛关注.通过对近几年未成年人犯罪欺凌案件分析,阐述了家庭教育对青少年法治意识培养的重要性,提出未成年人法治意识养成在家庭教育方面要围绕"生命情怀、平等公正、自由规则"等核心法治理念教育展开,强调在家庭教育促进法实施背景下未成年人的监护人要履行家庭教育主体责任,依靠国家支持,社会协同等方式帮助未成年人掌握相关的法律法规知识,塑造未成年人的法律价值观,培养未成年人的法治习惯,以期降低阻断未成年人犯罪欺凌案件的发生.
Abstract
In recent years,the frequent occurrence of bullying cases among minors,the younger age of crime and the cruel means of committing crimes have attracted widespread social attention.This arti-cle makes an analysis of the cases of juvenile delinquency and bullying in recent years and elaborates on the importance of family education in cultivating young people's legal awareness.It proposes that the cultivation of juvenile legal awareness should revolve around core legal concepts such as"life senti-ment,equality and justice,and freedom rules"in family education.It emphasizes that under the back-ground of the implementation of the Family Education Promotion Law,guardians of minors should fulfill the main responsibility of family education,rely on national support and social cooperation to help minors master relevant legal knowledge,shape their legal values and cultivate their legal habits in order to reduce and block juvenile delinquency and bullying cases.
