聚己内酯/萘普生复合物的制备与性能研究

以聚己内酯(PCL)为载体材料,萘普生(NPX)为模型药物,使用静电喷雾技术制备PCL/NPX复合物,利用扫描电镜(SEM)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)、差示扫描量热仪(DSC)、红外光谱仪(FITR)、热重分析仪(TG)和紫外可见分光光度计分析了复合物形貌、结构和性能.结果表明,PCL/NPX复合物微球表面光滑,粒径在1~5μm,粒度分布较窄,NPX添加量(5%~10%)对PCL/NPX复合物微球粒径无显著影响,NPX以无定型态分散在PCL中,化学组成未有变化,稳定性较纯NPX显著提高.PCL/NPX复合物中NPX的释放速率和累计释放量随NPX投药量的增加而降低,含5%NPX的PCL/NPX复合物在24h内累计释放量可达77.5%.静电喷雾法制备的PCL/NPX复合物有望为NPX缓释剂的研发提供重要参考.
Preparation and Properties of Polycaprolactone/Naproxen Composites by Electrospraying
Naproxen-loaded polycaprolactonecomposites were successfully designed by electrospraying used polycaprolactone(PCL)as carrier material and Naproxen(NPX)as model drug.The morpholo-gy,structure and properties of PCL/NPX composites were analyzed by scanning electron microscope(SEM),X ray diffractometer(XRD),infrared spectrophotometer(FITR),differential scanning calo-rimetry(DSC),thermogravimetric analyzer(TG)and UV-Vis spectrophotometer.Results showed that the PCL/NPX composites showed smooth surface with diameter between 1~5pm and narrow par-ticle size distribution.NPX was loaded in PCL with amorphous state,and the chemical composition was unchanged.The thermal stability of PCL/NPX composites was significantly improved than that of pure NPX.With the increase content of NPX,the release rate and cumulative release amount of NPX from PCL/NPX composites decreased.The cumulative release amount of NPX from PCL/NPX composites reached 77.5%at the end of 24h when the NPX content added to 10%.The PCL/NPX composites prepared by electrospraying method are expected to provide valuable reference for the re-search and development of sustained-release agents.
